This may sound unbelievable, but annually there are more abused and neglected children in Massachusetts than there are seats at Fenway Park. Many of these children come through our doors every day at The Home for Little Wanderers. We provide these kids with a safe and nurturing place to live. We restore their hope and teach them the coping skills they need to overcome trauma and move on to productive lives in our community.

We are the oldest child services agency in the nation and the largest in New England, with roots dating back to the 1700's and Abigail Adams. Given the current financial instability, The Home is facing significant budget cuts at a time when the demand for our services is actually increasing. Tragically, the stress families are feeling too often manifests itself through child abuse. Your support this year is critical to helping the children have a joyful holiday season.
