Infant/Toddler Car Seat

Safety is the top priority for babies, toddlers and young children served by The Home. The donation of a new car seat helps ensure that safety is maintained while children are traveling with program staff, or with their families who may struggle to afford a newer model with the latest safety features.

Convertible car seats can be used rear-facing for infants from 5 to 30 lbs, and then turned around for toddlers up to 40 lbs. The model we would like to purchase has the following features: 5-point harness with two buckle and three shoulder height positions; removable, infant head support cradles baby's head and neck; cup holder and snack tray; deep side wings for extra protection and comfort; 2-piece chest clip to make buckling and unbuckling easier; easy-to-read level indicator for proper installation in the rear facing position; latch equipped for easy installation; certified for use in aircraft; machine washable padding.
